Refund and returns policy
We believe in helping customers as far as possible so we have developed a ‘no fuss’ Returns policy.
Under this cancellation policy:
Cancellations will be only considered if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. Cancellations cannot be entertained if the parcel has already been processed and shipped. Where there are limited occasion offers on products that the Enjoy CBD marketing team has obtained for special occasions like Christmas, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc., cancellations are not possible.
Enjoy CBD will replace any product if the customer can establish that the goods purchased were not as advertised, or that the quality of the product delivered is not of a high standard. In case of receipt of damaged or defective goods, any concerns should be reported on our ‘Contact Us’ page. After looking into your complaint the Customer Service Team will take the appropriate action. Damaged or defective products should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
When you buy any of our products, your purchase is covered by our 10-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, so long as the products are returned in the same condition that they were dispatched.
We sell products that we use ourselves every day and have many satisfied customers worldwide – our Customer Service is second to none.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your Order number (on the packing slip which comes with your parcel) within ten (10) days of making your purchase. We would appreciate your letting us know the reason for requesting a refund, as we take customer care very seriously. We use your feedback to continuously improve the quality of our service. Refunds will normally be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the return parcel.
